    How To Use:

    For Skin: Apply 2-3 drops to face, décolletage and/or body. Use fingertips to gently massage sparingly into slightly damp skin after cleansing. Allow oil to absorb before applying makeup.

    For Hair: Apply a generous amount evenly and leave overnight or for a few hours. Wash hair as normal. For best results, apply nightly to allow oil to absorb

    What delivery options do I have?
    Your delivery options vary depending on your location. Customers in UK, Scotland and Wales can choose between Standard Home Delivery and Express Delivery.
    Standard Home Delivery (£4 / Free over £75):

    London Pickup Location (Free):
    Select Pick Up at London Location as the delivery option at the checkout. If you nominate someone else to pick up the parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID and the proof of email as well as their own ID.

    How can I track my parcel?
    As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.

    Where does Cave deliver?

    We deliver all across the UK including Wales and Scotland.

    Online shopping outside the country of residence
    If you would like to order something while you are abroad, change the shipping country to match your current location and provide a local delivery address.

    Undeliverable parcels
    If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be returned to Cave. Please contact us if this occurs.


    FREE Standard delivery on orders over £150

    For European & USA we use DHL & DPD EXPRESS. Our express service charge for USA & European is £14.99. Orders made before 1pm UK time are delivered within 1-2 working days for express. For the rest of the world our standard charge is £24.99 and delivered in 5-7 working days. 



    Most destinations are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis, which means that all import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.  

    The following regions are sent on a Delivery Duty Paid basis:
    United Kingdom

    Please note the Express service to United States, Australia, New Zealand and other international territories is not a Delivery Duty Paid service. Unfortunately we currently do not offer Delivery Duty Paid services to regions not listed previously. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order.     Any items that are purchased in store are non-refundable. We only offer exchanges for items that purchased in Store.

    Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, health & beauty products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
    Book with obvious signs of use
    CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
